Welder/Fabricator, Paterson, NJ
Our career minded company is seeking a dedicated, responsible and service minded individual to work in the Industrial, Commercial and Municipal Sectors; work includes but is not limited to:
- Fabricate all types of sheet metal, steel and stainless steel plate, piping and various materials utilizing TIG, MIG and stick welding.
- Repair, fabricate and/or install all types of pipe using saws, pipe cutters, cutting torch and pipe cutting machine.
- Experience with plasma torch and cutting torch a plus.
- Thread, bend, weld, assemble and install a variety of metal and nonmetal materials including piping, tubing, sheet metal, plate, etc. in a wide variety of materials.
- Install piping of all types using threaded, welded, soldered, brazed or fused.
- Welding certification a plus.
- Knowledge of blueprints and ability to assist in pre-fabrication layout of materials/jobs a plus.
- Layout, repair, assembly, installation, and maintenance of piping systems, pipe supports for industrial, municipal and commercial production and processing systems.
- 5-years minimum experience required.
- Must comply with all OSHA regulations.
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
- Mandatory Pre-Employment Drug Testing
Field service calls will take place in the NJ and NY Metro areas and Southern NJ.
